Meanwhile, the Junior Nets will be held at The Nottingham Boys High School, Forest Road, Nottingham. These will be held on a Thursday evening from 6.15pm - 7.15pm, commencing on the 15th January.
Indoor nets have been booked at the Woodhead Hall, Trent Bridge, Nottingham commencing in January 2015. After canvassing members it has been unanimously decided that we're going to try a new time and date this winter. Nets will be held on a Sunday afternoon from 4pm till 5pm with the first net on Sunday 18th January. The final indoor net will be held on the Sunday before Easter (29th March), then (weather permitting) we will move outdoors at GLA.

At the recent Gedling Sports Forum Awards ceremony, two 'stalwarts' of the Club were honoured for their work in local cricketing circles.
John Nester received the Andy Bowers award for the Volunteer of the Year, whilst Dick Pickering had the 'Lifetime Achiever' tag bestowed upon him! It goes without saying that these gentlemen certainly deserved the awards. Pictured below are John, Derek Pickering and Dick holding his award.
