On a tricky wicket at Colston Bassett, the Sunday XI recorded another victory in a low scoring contest.
Batting first on a low slow green top, scoring was never going to be easy. Nathan Johnston (fresh from his hair drying exploits from the previous night) top scored with 32, backed up by Will Peat, Matt Dean and Jake Lowe saw the total creep up to 132-9 off 40 overs.
The target always looked too much for C/B as all the bowlers relished the bowler friendly conditions to dismiss the hosts for just 105. The pick of the bowlers were Kyle Welch (4-2-6-4) & Jake Lowe (7-4-4-3).
MOM Jake Lowe - Runs and wickets.
